Good morning and welcome back to weather and traffic on tbs efm.
Starting off first with the Seoul City Highways, there is a lot of activity on the north of the river side 강변 highway.
Heading in the 일산 direction, there has been a collision right at the north end of the 한강 bridge causing slowdowns back from the 한남 bridge while in the other direction towards 구리 there's been another accident before you hit the 양화 bridge.
Traffic is moving at a crawl from the 가양 bridge to the site and also from the 서강 to 동호 bridge.
김포 bound lanes on the Olympic highway are also seeing congestion starting at the 잠실 bridge that last until you pass the 성수.
And we are seeing a lot of slowdowns on our Han River bridges so look out for the north bound 반포 성수 청담 and 잠실 and the south bound 가양 성산 한강 and 동호.
In the central regions high pressure systems from the east are going to be turning our clear nice sky into a cloudy one at night, while the southern coasts are seeing clouds that will continue to dissipate throughout the day.
Tomorrow the inland regions may be seeing some scattered rains around the afternoon but there is only about a 30% chance of the rain here in Seoul.
Nationwide highs will top out between 16 and 22 degrees and the capital will be reaching up to 17, but as for now our current temperature here outside of our 남산 studio is 9.5 degrees Celsius which is 49 degrees in Fahrenheit.

The time now is 8:57, also time for check on the Seoul City roads.
Now start things on the 남부 belt way for those heading into the city due to an earlier accident near the 구로 interchange.
Traffic is crawling from 서부 truck terminal past this spot we're looking at cars piling up from the 서울 National University to the 사당 station and in the opposite direction it's holding down several pockets of congestion first from the 서초 interchange to the Seoul Art center and again from 까치고개 to 낙성대 station and again from 봉천 station to the 신림 intersection.
Crossing the 한 river bridges are still slow to the 강남 region on the 잠실, 청담, 영동 and the 성수 bridges.
Heading north bound is heavy on the 동호, 한남, and the 한강 bridges.
For those on the 경부 express way expect heavy south bound conditions to the 반포 interchange.
As for the weather, the entire country is covered under thick cloud this morning, rain is expected to concentrate along the south coast but the system should dodge the capital region leaving us hanging with a chance of light rain.
But otherwise remain under overcast skies today and tomorrow.
Highs today in seoul will reach 19 Celsius.
Currently we've made it up to 14 degrees or 57 degrees Fahrenheit.
